The bill entitled an Act to repeal, amend and re-enact
Section 4, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,
passed at January Session, 1854, chapter 85, entitled an Act
to incorporate a company to erect a bridge over the Patuxent
river, between Anne Arundel and Prince George's counties,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to provide for a general index of
certain records in the office of the Register of Wills' for
Queen Anne's county,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The Senate bill entitled an Act to declare the sanction of
the General Assembly of Maryland, to the bequest of John.
Gunby, late of Coshocton county, Ohio, deceased,, to the
Commissioners of the Presbyterian Church Old School, at
Snow Hill, Maryland, and to the Snow Hill Presbyterian
Church of Worcester county,, Maryland, in trust, to erect a
Presbyterian Church at Stocked in Worcester county, and
for the support of a minister to preach therein,
