Act to repeal Section 4S, of Article 8, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, relating to the collection of taxes, fines and
forfeitures in Chesapeake city, passed April, 1861, chapter
87, and re-enact the same with amendments,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to amend Section 2, of the Act of
