1876.] OF THE HOUSE OF DELE 523
Local Laws of Maryland, contained between Sections 314 and
334 both inclusive, title "Williamsport," and to confirm and
ipake valid the Election held in said town of Williamsport
on the 1st Monday in March, 1875, ibr Burgess, Assistant
Burgess, and five Commissioners for said town, and to con-
firm and make valid the action of the said officers so elected
in appointing a Baliff for said town.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Loane, Chairman of the Committee on Corporations,
reported without amendment, the Senate bill entitled an Act
to amend the Act, approved March 30th, 1868, entitled an«
Act to incorporate the Gary Manufacturing Company of Ma-
ryland.
Which was read a second time.
Mr. Donaldson moved that said bill be read a third time
this day, under the provisions of the Constitution, Section 27,
Article 3.
The question recurring upon concurring in the motion, the
yeas and nays were called, and appeared as follows.
