Mr. Hoblitzell, from the Committee on the Judiciary, re-
ported favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 125, of Article
16, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Chancery,"
sub-title "Sales," and to re-enact the same with amendments
Which was read a first time.
Also,
A bill entitled an Act to amend Section 51, of Article 3,
of the Constitution of Maryland.
Which was read a first time.
Also,
A bill entitled an Act to add additional Sections to the
Code of Public General Laws, Article 30, title "Crimes and
Punishments," providing for the punishment and abduction
of children.
Which was read a first time.
Also,
A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the National Lubrica-
ting Company of Maryland.
Which was read a first time.
Also, unfavorably, upon a
Bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 6, of Article 46, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Inebriates," and to re-
enact the same with amendments.
Which was adopted.
Also, favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to amend Article 4, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, by adding another Section thereto, in re-
lation to investment, on account of the sinking fund.
Which was read a first time.
Also, unfavorably,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 13 and 15, of Ar-
ticle 98, of the Code of Public General Laws, as amended,
by an Act of the General Assembly, at January Session,
1862, chapter 43, entitled "Wild Fowl," relating to the
killing of partridges, wood-cocks and pheasants, and to re-
enact the same with amendments, and to add an additional
Section to said Article 98.
On motion of Mr, Donaldson,
The bill was substituted for the unfavorable report, and
made the order of the day for Friday, March 3d, 1876, and
ordered to be printed.
