Ordered, That Mr,. Curtis, of Baltimore county, have leave
of absence for a few days to attend to business of importance.

Ordered, That the Joint Committee, appointed under Sec-
tion 24, of Article 3, of the Constitution, be and it is hereby
directed, to enquire wheth for not any members of this
House have, since the election, received, either directly or
indirectly, the profits or any part of the profits of any other
office.

introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal, amend and re-en-
act Section 9, of Article 72, of the Code of Public General

Leave vas granted to the Committee on the Judiciary, to
intf oduce a bill entitled an Act to to amend Article 26 of the
Code of Public General Laws, by adding thereto Sections to
te numbered as Sections 221 to 226, inclusive, under the sub-
title "Bar Associations."
