Mr. Hoblitzell presented the petition of F. D. Munson and
21,341 other citizens of Maryland, opposed to the repeal of
the Barbers' Law.
Which was read and referred to the Committee on the Ju-
diciary.
Mr. Chaisty presented the petition of 9,983 merchants,
mechanics and citizens of Baltimore, against the repeal of
the law, known as the Barbers' Sunday Law.
Which was read and referred to the Committee on the Ju-
diciary.
Mr. Waters, of Carroll, presented the petition of Jno. H.,
Gerker, Thomas Zepp, J. J. Leister, Wm A. McKellip and
280 other citizens of Carroll county, against the repeal of the
law known as the Barbers Sunday Law.

Mr. Vandiver presented the petition of James T. Watson
and 31 other citizens of Harford county, tor the appoint-
ment or election of a county Treasurer for sa d county.

Mr. Dashiell presented the petition of Stephen P. Toad-
vine, Joshua Johnson and 30 citizens of Salisbury, Md., ask-
ing a repeal of the barber law

Mr. Unley presented the petition of Wm. P. Johnson and
others, praying that a law be passed taxing dogs and for pro-
tection of sheep in Worcester county.

or election of a county Treasurer for said county.

Washington county against the repeal of the Barbers' Sun-
