On motion of Mr. Donaldson,
The Sergeant-at-Arms was ordered to notify any other ab-
sent members now in the city, to give their attendance, and
to biing them before the bar of the House.
After an absence of ten minutes, the Sergeant at-Arms
returned, and reported that he had notified Mr. Clark, the
only other absent member in the city, to give his attendance,
and that he was now at the bar of the House.
