So the motion that all further proceedings under the call
be dispensed with, was not sustained.
The question then recurring upon the motion submitted by
Mr. Fenton,
It was concurred in.
After an absence of some time, the Sergeant-at-Arms re-
tun ed and reported that he had notified Messrs. Brooke,
Lewis and Rusk, the only absent members he could find in
the city, to give their attendance, and that they were now at
the bar of the House.
On motion of Mr. Donaldson,
Further proceedings under the call, so far as concerned
Messrs. Brooke, Lewis and Rusk, were dispensed with.
Mr. Smith, of Dorchester, moved that all further proceed-
ings under the call be dispensed with.
