After an absence of some time, the Sergeant-at-Arms re-
tun ed and reported that he had notified Messrs. Brooke,
Lewis and Rusk, the only absent members he could find in
the city, to give their attendance, and that they were now at
the bar of the House.

Further proceedings under the call, so far as concerned
Messrs. Brooke, Lewis and Rusk, were dispensed with.
