ably,
A bill entitled an Act to add an additional Section to Arti-
cle 21, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled " Washing.-
ton County," sub-title "Hagerstown," to be known as Sec-
tion 243 A.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Cockey, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 2, of the Act of
1872, chapter 313, entitled an Act to protect the owners of
land on the waters of Queen Anne's and Kent counties, and
to re-enact the same with amendments.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Hance, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal and amend and re-enact
Section 4, of the Act of General Assembly of Maryland,
passed at January Session, 1854, chapter 85, entitled an Act
to incorporate a Company to erect a bridge over the Patuxent
river, between Anne Arundel and Prince George's counties.
