On motion of Mr. Donaldson,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and Means
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal any supposed
exemptions of the capital stock of the Baltimore and Ohio
Railroad Company, or of any of its braneh roads,or its or
their property, real, personal or mixed, from taxation for
State, county or municipal purposes.
On motion of Mr. Ford,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to in-
troduce a bill to incorporate the Methodist Episcopal Church
at Parsonsburg, in Wicomico county.
On motion of Mr. Rullman,
Leave was granted to the Anne Arundel delegation to in-
troduce a bill to regulate the police force of Annapolis.
On motion of Mr. Rusk,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to in-
troduce a bill to repeal Section 252 of Article 93 of the Code of
Public General Laws, title "Testamentary Law," sub-title
"Orphan's Court," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ment.
On motion of Mr. Rullman,
Leave was granted to the Anne Arundel delegation to in-
troduce a bill to permit the killing of wild ducks from sink-
boxes in the waters of Anne Arundel county.
On motion of Mr. Boyle.
Leave was granted to the Harford delegation to in toduce
a bill to add additional Sections to Article 12 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, entitled "Harford county," sub-title
"Fish," to come in after Section 41 of said Article, to pre-
yent the taking of fish in the running brooks and streams
of said county, for the space of two years.
