Mr. Hoblitzell moved that said communication be referred
to the Committee on Section 24, Article 3, of the Constitu-
tion.
Mr. Naill moved that the further consideration thereof be
postponed, and made the order of the day for Wednesday
next, 23rd inst., and that all the papers be printed.
