Mr. McGlone submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Section 620. Add after the word "Peace," in line 7,
printed bill, the following words: "And he will account
for and pay over to the Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas,
and to the Register of the City of Baltimore, respectively, all
fines, penalties and forfeitures or the portions thereof, which
he is bound to account for and pay over to aaid respective offi-
cers, and that he will iaithfully and truly account for, and
pay over to the person or persona or corporation entitled to
receive the same, all money belonging to such persons or
corporation which may come into his hand, as such Justice
of the Peace/'

and."
