Gentlemen of the House of Delegates of Maryland:
I have the honor to inform you that I have approved and
signed the following House bills:
No. 11.—An Act authoriziag the County Commissioners
of Garrett county to levy money for the payment of wolf or
other scalps, destroyed within the limits of said county.
No. 12,—An Act to repeal Article 21 of the Code of Pub-
lic General Laws, entitled "Crows," so far as the same re-
lates to Harford, Frederick, Montgomery, Queen Anne's,
Calvert, Prince George's, Garrett, Talbot, Charles, Carroll
and Caroline counties.
