STATE OF MARYLAND, To wit:
This being the day prescribed by the Constitution for the
meeting of the General Assembly of Maryland, at 12 o'clock,
noon.
Milton Y. Kidd, Chief Clerk of the House of Delegates,
for January Session, 1874, called the House to order.
