The question then recurring upon the title of the bill,
Mr. Neal submitted the following amendment:
Add the words "Queen Anne's," after the word "Kent''
and insert "Counties" for "County,"
Which was adopted,
And the title as amended adopted
Said bill was then sent to the Senate.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 9, of Article 28,
of the Code of Public General Laws relating to the Publica-
tion of County Expenses so far as the same relates to Dor-
chester county, and to re-enact the same with amendments,
Being upon a third reading,
On motion of Mr. Lambdin,
The further consideration thereof was postponed,
And said bill recommitted to the Dorchester delegation.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed January
Session, 1874, chapter 374, entitled an Act for the better
protection of persons and property in Baltimore county,
Being upon a third reading,
On motion of Mr. Baldwin,
The further consideration thereof was postponed,
And said bill recommitted to the Baltimore county dele-
gation.
The bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor and City
Council of Cumberland, to issue bonds to complete and fur-
nish the City Hall and Market, in the City of Cumberland.
Being upon a third reading,
Mr. Sprigg (by unanimous consent) submitted the follow-
ing amendments:
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
Section 1, line 4, strike out the words "twenty-five thou-
sand dollars, or," and insert the words "thirty-five thousaad
dollars only/'
Strike out in preamble, before the word "dollars," the
words " twenty-five thousand," and insert "thirty-five
thousand,"
