The bill entitled an Act for the protection of partridges and
rabbits and to prevent trespassing, with dog or gun, on pri-
vate property in Kent county,
Being upon a third reading,
Mr. Neal, (the rules being suspended by unanimous con-
sent,) submitted the following amendments:
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
Section 1, line 2, after the word "Kent," insert, "And
Queen Anne's," and change the word "County" to "Coun-
ties."
Section 2, lines 3 and 5, change the word "County" to
"Counties."
Section 3, change word "County" to "Counties," where-
ever it occurs.
Section 4, lines 3 and 4, change [the word "County," to
"Counties," wherever it occurs.
The proposed amendments were severally read and adopt-
ed, and the bill as amended was then read a third time and
passed by yeas and nays as follows:
