Mr. Mattingly submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED :
SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the official bonds of the
several constables of the county shall be liable for all fines
and costs that should accrue and he collected by them under
this Act.

The further consideration thereof was postponed, and said
bill made the order of the day lor to-morrow.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 5 and 7, of Ar-
ticle 10, of the Code of Public General Laws entitled "At-
tachments," and re-enact the same with amendments,
Being upon a second reading,
Mr. Donaldson submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED :
Sections 5. Amend by adding : "Or if out of the United
States, before a Consul or Vice-Consul of the United States."

The bill entitled an Act authorizing the County Commis-
sioners of Garrett county to levy a sum of money lor the pay-
ment of wolf or other scalps destroyed within the limits of
gaid county,

Section 1, line 4, strike out all after the word "dollars" to
the word "for;" line 5, strike out the all after the word
"dollars," to the word "and."
