On motion of Mr. Naill,
The House then proceeded to the consideration of the Res-
olution submitted oy him on the 18th instant, in reference
to alledged abuses practised at the last Session of the Legis-
lature.
The question recurring upon the adoption of the Resolu-
tion,
Mr. Naill demanded the yeas and nays.
