York and Baltimore Transportation Line, which Incorpora-
tion is, by virtue of the Act of December Session, 1847, chap-
ter 112, passd January 18th, 1848, and of the Supplementary
Act passed February 7th, 1866, chapter 106, at a Session be-
gun on the 10th day of January, 1866.
