In Rule XLV, strike out all after the word "Speaker," in
line 12 to the word "Session," inclusive, in line 13.
Which was adopted.
Mr. Koons submitted the following amendment:
In lines 4 and 5 strike out the words "and Engrossed
Bills."
Which was rejected.
Mr. Naill submitted the following amendment :
Amend by striking out "elections" on the 4th line, and
adding after the word "and'' on the 13th line, "the Commit-
tee on Elections, which shall consist of eleven members, the
four additional members to lie selected from the minority side
of the House."
Which was read.
