In lines 4 and 5 strike out the words "and Engrossed
Bills."

Mr. Naill submitted the following amendment :
Amend by striking out "elections" on the 4th line, and
adding after the word "and'' on the 13th line, "the Commit-
tee on Elections, which shall consist of eleven members, the
four additional members to lie selected from the minority side
of the House."
