The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following bills

The bill entitled an Act to pay to Henry E. Loane, the sum
of $103.5, for balance due him for work on the Comptroller's
office, per certificate of the Comptroller, President of Chesa-
peake and Ohio Canal Company.
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to add an additional Section to Arti-
cle 75, of the Code of Public General Laws, to regulate the
practice in case of application for new trial in the several
Courts of this State.
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to repeal the 12th and 13th Sec-
tions of Article 75, Code of Public General Laws, entitled'
"Pleading, Practice and Process," sub-title "Pleading," and
re-enact the same with amendment.
Also,
The bill entitled an Act for the relief of the sureties on the
official bond of Edwin W. Duvall, formerly Sheriff of Anne
Arundel county.
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to repeaLSections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,
S, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, title "Balti-
more County," sub-title "Roads," passed at the January
Session of the Legislature of 1874, chapter 274, and to re-
enact the same with amendments, so as to read as follows:
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to regulate the shooting of ducks and
other wild fowl in West and Rhode Rivers and their Creeks,
in Anne Arundel county.
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to add an additional supplement to
an Act, entitled an Act to incorporate the Trustees of the
Particular Baptist Church at Black Rock, in Baltimore
county.
The Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the Farmers'
National Bank of Annapolis to pay over to the heirs of Sam-
uel Gover, certain funds in said Bank, due the said Samuel
Gover's real estate,
