Said bill was then returned to the Senate.
The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 43, of Arti-
cle 56, of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to Licen-
ses, and to re-enact the same with amendments,
Was read a third time, and
On motion of Mr. Donaldson,
The enacting clause was stricken out.
Mr. Donaldson moved to reconsider the vote by which the
enacting clause of said bill had been stricken out.
On motion of Mr. Hooper,
The motion to reconsider was laid on the table.
The House then proceeded to the consideration of the fol-
lowing order, which had been submitted on Saturday last:
Ordered, That the Chairman of the Committee on Claims
issue his certificate in favor of John F. Wiley, for five hun-
dred dollars, in compliance with an order of the House adop-
ted March 10, 1876.
