The Senate bill entittled an Act to repeal Section 3, of
chapter 215, of the Acts passed at the January Session, 1856,
entitled an Act to authorize the building of a bridge over
the River Patapsco, at Ferry Bar, and to re-enacd the same
so as to read as follows,
