Said bill was then sent to the Senate.
The bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Carroll county to adjust and settle the amounts due
Jeremiah Robertson, Trustee of John Smith, John Smith's
children, and George Kane, for county taxes paid im error,
and to authorize the Comptroller of the Treasury to settle the
State taxes on the basis adopted by the County Commission-
ers, and certified by them to him,
Was read a third time and rejected for want of a Constitu-
tional majority, by yeas and nays as follows :

The vote by which Said bill had been rejected for want of a
Constitution majority, was reconsidered.

Section 1, line 4, strike out all after the word "error."
