Being upon a second reading,
Mr. Donaldson submitted the following amendment.
Sec. I. Amend by inserting after the words "generally
incident to a corporation," the words "of like nature."
Which was adopted.
On motion of Mr. Stewart the further consideration there-
of was postponed, and said bill made the order of the day
for to-morrow.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act entitled an Act
to require all Auctioneers making sales in Baltimore county,
to pay a license fee.
Being upon a second reading
On motion of Mr. Stewart, the further consideration there-
of was postponed,
And said bill referred to the Committee on Ways and
Means.
The bill entitled a supplement to an Act passed at the Jan-
uary Session, 1860, chapter 267, entitled an Act incorporating
a Company to open in part and improve the road from Fred-
erick city, in Frederick county, to the Spout Spring, on the
Hamburg road, passing Bradrup's saw mill, as revived by an
Act passed at the January Session, 1868, chapter 213, enti-
tled an Act to revive an Act incorporating a company to open
in part and to improve the road from Frederick city, in Fred-
erick county, to the Spout Spring, on the Hamburg road,
passing Bradrup's saw mill, passed at the January session,
1860, chapter 267, and as amended by the Act passed at the
January session, 1870, chapter 277, entitled an Act to re-
peal so much of Section 12, chapter 267, of the Act passed
March, 1870, entitled an Act to incorporate a Company to
open in part and improve the road from Frederick city, in
Frederick county, to the Spout Spring, &c., as relates to
rates of toll, and enact the following instead, viz:

The further consideration thereof was postponed, and said
bill recommitted to the Frederick delegation.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act passed at the
January Session, 1874, chapter 278, entitled an Act to regu-
late fences on adjoining lands of persons in Prince George's
county,
Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
third reading.
