The bill entitled an Act to repeal Article thirty-one of the
Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Crows," so far as the
same relates to Harford and Montgomery counties,
Being upon a second reading,
Mr. Naill submitted the following amendment :
Section 1. After the word "Harford," insert the word
"Frederick."
The question recurring upon the adoption of the amend-
