No. 144. An Act to repeal the 1st Section of the Act
passed at the January Session, 1854, chapter 122, of the
General Assembly of Maryland, entitled an Act amendatory
of the Act to incorporate the South Baltimore Company,
passed December Session, 1832, chapter 96, and to extend
the duration of said Act, to 1st January, 1880, and to ap-
point additional corporators, and to increase the capital
stock of said company to six hundred and twenty-five
thousand dollars, and to protect the rights of said company
from forfeiture by non-user.
No, 145. An Act to provide for an additional constable in
Districts Nos. 2 and 3, Calvert county.
No. 146. An Act to enable the qualified voters of Worces-
ter county to determine, by ballot, whether spirituous or fer-
mented liquors shall not be sold ia said county, or shall be
sold only as hereinafter described, and to repeal all Acts in-
consistent herewith.
No. 147. An Act to create a new Election District in
Prince George's county, to be known as District No. 13.
No. 148. An Act giving the sanction of the General As-
sembly of Maryland, to the bequest of a legacy in the last
will and testament of Daniel Wolford, late of Washington
county, deceased, to the Church of God, at Broad Fording,
in Washington county.
No. 149. An Act to pay Herbert F. More, of St. Mary's
county, for services rendered in the arrest of violaters of the
Fishery Law of this State.
No. 150. An Act relating to the Franklin Bank of Balti-
more.
No. 151. An Act to provide for a general index of certain
records in the office of the Register of Wills for Queen Anne's
county.
No. 152. An Act to give the sanction of the General As-
sembly of Maryland, to the several bequests in the will of
Reziu Hammond, late of Anne Arundel county, deceased, to
the Brooklyn Methodist Protestant Church and Parsonage,
in Brooklyn, Anne Arundel county, and Holly Run Metho-
dist Protestant Church, in same county, and State of Mary-
land.
No. 153. An Act to divide the 3rd Election District of
Worcester county, into two Election, Districts.
No. 154. An Act to authorize the County Commissioners
of Harford county, to divide any of the election districts in
said county, into election precincts, and to designate the
places of holding election therein.
