No. 132. An Act of the General Assembly of Maryland,
to make valid the Acts of the Commissioners appointed by
the Act of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at
December Session, 1840, chapter 219, and to confirm the
proceedings of said Commissioners.
No. 133. An Act to approve an Act passed January Ses-
sion, 1874, chapter 93, requiring the County Commissioners
of Dorchester county to subscribe to the capital stock of the
Cambridge and Chesapeake Railroad Company.
No. 134. An Act regulating and making lawful the setting
of pound nets in the waters of Elk river, Sassafras and
Bohemia rivers, and their tributaries in Cecil county.
No. 135. An Act to protect game and birds in Washing-
ton county.
No. 136. An Act to repeal Section 48, of an Act of the
General Assembly of Maryland, entitled an Act to amend
the charter of the City of Cumberland, by repealing Section
22, passed at the January Session of the General Assembly
of Maryland, 1874, chapter 100, also to repeal Section 52, of
Article 1, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
entitled "Allegany County," sub-titled "Cumberland," and
to re-enact the same with amendments.
No. 140. An Act to repeal Sections 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41,
42, 43, 44, 45, 47, 48, 49, 50 and 51, of Article 8, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Cecil County," and relat-
ing to Chesapeake city, also to repeal an Act entitled an Act
to repeal Section 46, of Article 8, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, relating to the collection of taxes, fines and
forfeitures in Chesapeake cry, passed April 1861, chapter 87,
and to re-enact the same with amendments.
No. 141. An Act to authorize the County Commissioners
of Anne Arundel county to construct a bridge over Beard's
creek, in said county, and to levy a sum of money for said
purpose.
No. 142. An Act for the protection of partridges, and to
prevent trespassing with dog or gun on private property in
Caroline county.
No. 143. An Act to provide for taking the vote of the peo-
ple of Montgomery county, for or against the redivision of
said comity into twelve election districts, at the election to be
held in the fall of 1876.
