Gentlemen of the Senate :
We respectfully inform you that we have non-concurred in
the amendments to the House Bill No. 111, entitled an Act
for the protection of sheep husbandry, and respectfully re-
quest that you will recede therefrom.

Which was read, assented to, aad sent to the Senate, to-
gether with the bill.
Also, delivered
The Senate bill entitled an Act providing for a State sub-
scription to J. Thomas Scharf's History of Maryland.
Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on the Library.
Also,
The Senate bill entitled an Act to regulate gas metres in
the City of Baltimore.
Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on Inspections.
Also,
The Senate bill entitled an Act to form a new election dis-
trict out of portions of the third, fifth and sixth election dis-
tricts of Garrett county.
Which was read a first time and referred to Messrs. Brown-
ing, Barnard and Sprigg.
Also,
The Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of the
Cumberland and Pennsylvania Railroad.
Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on Corporations.
