No. 204. An Act to repeal and re-enact as amended, Sec-
tion 6 of chapter 79, of the Acts passed at January Session,
1864, entitled an Act for the protection of Black Bass and
all other fish in Patapsco river, above tide water.
No, 205. An Act to require the Commissioners of Prince
George's county, to pay annually to the Commissioners of the
village of Bladensburg, the amount of the road tax levied or
taxed upon property within the limits of said corporation.
No. 206. An Act to repeal Section 6 of Article 69, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Officers," to regulate
the publication by the Comptroller of defaulters of the State.
No. 207. An Act to amend and "alter the charter of the
City of Annapolis.
No. 208. An Act to repeal Section 10 of chap 305, of the
incorporation Act, passed January Session, 1874, and to en-
acted the following in lieu thereof.
No. 209. An Act giving the sanction of the General As-
sembly of Assembly of Maryland, to a legacy bequeathed by
John Sweeden, late of Carroll county, deceased, in his last
will and testament to the Elders of the Maryland and Vir-
ginia Eldership of the Church of God.
No. 210. An Act for the protection of fish in the waters
of Garrett county.
No 211, An Act to change of the name of Glenville, in
Prince George's county, to Glendale.
No. 212. An Act to authorize the Register of Wills for
Harford county, to continue the index or key to guardians
accounts in his office from 1845, to the present time, and con-
tinue the same thereafter, and to authorize the County Com-
missioners to provide compensation therefor.
No. 213, An Act to repeal Section 3, of the Act of the
General Assembly, 1864, chapter 44, entitled a, supplement
to the Act, entitled an Act to incorporate the Frederick and
Emmittsburg Turnpike Company, passed December Session,
1844, chapter 36, and re-enact the same with amendments.
No. 214. An Act to amend the Act of 1872, chapter 152,
entitled an Act to amend, the Act of March Session, 1865,
chapter 147, by substituting certain Sections for the 2nd and
3rd Sections of said Act, and providing for the reduction of
the number of directors, and tor the holding of the meetings
of said Company, in the City of Philadelphia.
No. 215. An Act to add additional Sections to Article 12,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "'Harford county,"
sub-title "Fish." —
