The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 30, of
Article 28, of the Code Supplement of 1868, of the Public
General Laws, as enacted by Section 3, of chapter 2'J9, of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at
the January Session 1868, so far as the said Section relates
to Worcester county,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 4, of an
Act passed at the January Session, 1862, chapter 104, enti-
tled an Act to incorporate a Company for the establishment
of a public cemetery in Kent county, and within a mile of
the exterior limits of Chestertown, and to re-enact the same
with amendments,
