The question then recurring upon concurring in the motion
submitted by Mr. Donaldson,
Mr. Constable submitted the following amendment:
And that the Joint Committee on Printing at once give no-
tice, in two daily newspapers, printed in the City of Baltimore,
asking for proposals to do the Public Printing of the Session,
specified in the Report of the Joint Committee on Printing,
said proposals to be opened on Tuesday next, at eleven
o'clock, A. M., in the State Library, in the presence of said
Committee, and that they report said bid or bids to the Sen-
ate and House at one o'clock P. M. of the same day.
And further, that said Committee be requested to report at
the same time, the bill asked for by the amendment of Mr.
Donaldson, to the order offered by Mr. Snowden, January
5th, 1876.
Which was read.
The question recurring upon the adoption of the amend-
ment, (by unanimous consent,)
It was incorporated in the motion submitted by Mr. Don-
aldson.
