The Report was adopted, and ordered to be entered on the
Journal.
On motion, Mr. Fenton, (the rules being suspended,) sub-
mitted the following order:
WHEREAS, this House has listened with pleasure to the re-
port of the sub-committee of the Committee on Article 3,
Section 24, of the Constitution, it is therefore,
Ordered, That this House desires hereby, to express its en-
tire confidence in the administration of the funds of this
State, by the Hon. Barnes Compton.
