The further consideration thereof was postponed, and the
memorials referred to the Committee on Elections hereafter to
be appointed.
Mr. Smith, of Dorchester, presented the memorial and pro-
test of J. Morrison Harris.

Was read for information.
Mr. Naill moved that said memorial and protest be printed
en the Journal.
Mr. Stewart rose to a privileged question, and made the
point of order.
That the House having already refused to have any print-
ing done except the actual Journal of Daily Proceedings.
It was out of order to move the printing of any additional
matter.
Pending which,
Mr. Naill demanded the yeas and nays.
