The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following message:
BY THE SENATE.
March 28th, 1876.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :
We have received your message informing the Senate that
your Honorable Body has non-concurred in the Senate amend-
ments to the House bill.No. 108, and requesting the Senate
to recede from its amendments.
After consideration, the Senate lias determined to adhere
to its amendments, and respectfully request a Committee of
Conference to adjust the difference between the two Houses,
We have appointed on the part of the Senate Messrs. Knight,
Cooper and Phelps.
