Mr. Robinson submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Section 3, insert after the words "Sunday Excepted, in
Baltimore City," "and five days in each of the Counties."
Which wad adopted.
Mr. Naill submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Section 3, strike out the words "at least one newspaper,"
and insert, "two newpapers, one of each political party,
should there be two or more printed in the county."
