the foot of Welcome alley.

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Add at the end of Section 2, ''And that whenever the
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore shall, by ordinance,
cause the piers on Light street to be removed, the pier here-
by authorized to-be erected shall be removed at the expense
of the Trustees of I. R. Trimble, upon the terms that may
be prescribed fur the removal of other piers on Light street."
