of the lists of registered voters in this State.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners of Queen Anne's county, to levy a sum of money
as a pension for Solomon Tate, of said county.

Mr. Purnell, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 30, of Ar-
ticle 28, of the Code Supplement of 1868, of Public General
Laws, as enacted by Section 3, of chapter 299, of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January
Session, 1868, so far as said Section relates to Worcester county.
Which was read a second time.
Mr. Whitelock, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably, with proposed amendment,
The Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the proprietors
of the Mount Vernon Cemetery of Maryland.
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
"Section 9. The Legislature hereby reserves the right to
alter, amend or repeal, this Act at pleasure."
