as a pension for Solomon Tate, of said county.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 30, of Ar-
ticle 28, of the Code Supplement of 1868, of Public General
Laws, as enacted by Section 3, of chapter 299, of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January
Session, 1868, so far as said Section relates to Worcester county.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the proprietors
of the Mount Vernon Cemetery of Maryland.
