No. 160. An Act to encourage the killing of hawks, big
owls, foxes and weasels in the counties of Charles and Cal-
vert.
No. 161. An Act to authorize the residents of White Marsh
Parish, in Talbot county, to make St. Paul's their Parish
Church.
No. 162. An Act to commute the term of imprisonment of
such prisoners in the Maryland Penitentiary as shall be
found worthy.
No. 163. An Act to appropiate a sum of money to pay
Edward V. Morris, Tax Collector for the 1st and 2d Districts
of Caroline county, for the years 1872 and 1873, for money
overpaid into the Treasury.
No. 164. An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments,
Secs. 1 and 3 of ch. 35, of the Acts of 1864, entitled an Act
to incorporate the Methodist Episcopal Church at Port De-
posit, providing for the election of trustees of said Church.
No. 166. An Act to repeal Sec. 46 of Art. 10, of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, relating to the Town of
Cambridge, in Dorchester county, as amended Act of 1872,
ch. 175, and to re-enact the same in an amended form
No. 167. An Act to amend the 4th Art. of the Code of
Public Local Laws, by adding another Sec. thereto, in rela-
tion to investments on account of the sinking fund.
No.168. An Act to protect fish in the waters of the Wi-
comico river from non-residents.
No. 169. An Act to repeal Secs. 6, 8 and 21 of the Acts of
January Session, 1872, ch. 54, entitled an Act to exempt all
that portion of the waters of the Chesapeake Bay lying north-
ward of a certain line therein described, from vhe operation
and effects of Sections 1 and 3 of Art 98, of the Code of Pub-
lic General Laws, title "Wild Fowl," and to enact other
Sections, to be in force and operation in, on and over said
waters, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
No. 170. An Act to repeal Secs. 99,108,110,112 and 113 of
Art. 20, Public Local Laws, title "Talbot County," sub-
title "Oxford," and re-enact the same with amendments^
also to add additional Sections.
No. 171. An Act granting the sanction of the General As-
sembly of Maryland to the bequest of the last will and testa-
ment of Christian Sheller, late of Washington county, de-
ceased, to the Deacons of the Tunker or Baptist Church at
the Broad Fording, in said county.
No. 172. An Act to authorize the County Commissioners,
of Cecil county to fund certain indebtedness of the Board of
