passed by the Senate and House of Delegates, at the Session
of 1876-the same to be printed on fine white paper, with
marginal notes, together with any and all other matter not
specified herein, that may be ordered to be printed in Eng-
lish, either by the Senate or the House of Delegates, during
the Session of 1876.
