No. 150. An Act relading to the Franklin Bank of Balti-
more.
No. 151. An Act to provide for a general index of certain
records in the office of the Register of Willis for Queen
Anne's county.
No. 152. An Act to give the sanction of the General As-
sembly of Maryland, to the several bequests in the will of
Rezin Hammond, late of Anne Arundel county, deceased, to
the Brooklyn Methodist Protestant Church and Parsonage in
Brooklyn, Anne Arundel county, and Holly Run Methodist
Protestant Church, in same county and State of Maryland.
No. 153. An Act to divide the 3rd Election District of
Worcester county, into two Election Districts.
No. 154. An Act to authorize the County Commissioners
of Harford county, to divide any of the Election Districts in
said county into election precincts, and to designate the
places of holding elections therein.
No. 155. An Act for the better protection of birds and
game in Wicomico county.
No. 156. An Act to incorporate the Stock Exchange of the
City of Baltimore.
No. 157. An Act to add additional Sections to Article 21
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Washington county, in
regard to horses and carriages kepb at livery in said county.

the Governor, per hands of his Private Secretary, Samuel
Brooks.
To the Honorable, the
General Assembly of Maryland:
The Board of Public Works have the honor to report to
the General Assembly of Maryland, that in accordance with
the provisions of the laws of 1874, chapter 469, they have
purchased a suitable lot in the City of Baltimore, for the
erection of a house for the State Normal School, and have
caused to be trectei thereon a building amply convenient,
and in every way adopted to the wants of the school, as well
