Mr. Scott submitted the following message:
BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
March 24th, 1876.
Gentlemen of the Senate ;
We hereby respectfully inform your Honorable Body, that
we have non-concurred in Senate amendment to House bill No.
127, making appropriation to pay sundry persons for service
to the State, per order of the Comptroller, and ask you to re-
cede herefrom.

Mr. Donaldson submitted the following message:
BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
March 24th, 1876.
Gentlemen of the Senate :
A motion having been made to reconsider the vote by which
this House indefinitely postponed the consideration of Senate
bill No. 54, in reference to the county-seat of Garrett county.
We respectfully request your Honorable Body to return said
bill, that this House may act upon said motion.
