NEGATIVE—None.
Said bill was then returned to the Senate,
The bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 45, of the Laws
of 1874, entitled an Act to repeal Section 36, of Article 10,
of the Public General Laws, of this State, entitled "At-
tachments," and re-enact the same with amendments, in-
creasing the amount of the exemption in said Section men-
tioned, and to re-enact said Section 36, of Article 10, of the
Public General Laws of this State, entitled "Attach-
ments,"
Being upon a third reading,
On motion of Mr. Rutledge,
The bill was referred to a Committee of the Whole
House.
The House then resolved itself into a Committee of the
Whole.
Mr. Donaldson in the Chair.
After some time spent in Committee of the Whole, the
Committee rose, and through Mr. Donaldson, Chairman, re-
ported that the Committee had had under consideration,
The bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 45, of the Laws
of 1874, entitled an Act to repeal Section 36, of Article 10,
of the Public General Laws of this State, entitled "Attach-
ments," and re-enact the same with an amendment, in-
creasing the amount of the exemption in said Section men-
tioned, and to re-enact said Section 36, of Article 10, of the
Public General Laws of this State, entitled "Attachments."
That they had made some progress thereon.
Mr. McGlone moved that when the House adjourn,
It stand adjourned until Fiiday morning, March 24th, at
10-o'clock.
On motion of Mr. McGlone,
At 12:10 A. M., the House adjourned.
