Mr. Hoblitzell, Chairman of the Committee on the Judi-
ciary, reported favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to declare the Monday, immediately
preceding, Tuesday the fourth of July, 1876, a legal holiday.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Hinks submitted the following message:

Gentlemen of the Senate:
We respectfully request your Honorable Body to return to
this House Senate bill providing for creation of a new Elec-
tion District in Freederick county, to he known as Lewistown
District or Election District No. 19.
