Ordered, That the Librarian be directed to furnish each
member of the House of Delegates, with a copy of the Con-
stitution of the State of Maryland, to be returned at the end
of the session.

Mr, Barnard submitted the following order:
WHEREAS, The Philadelphia, Wilmington and Baltimore
Railroad Company for a number of years have discriminated
against the City of Baltimore, in favor of Philadelphia, in
freight and passenger tariffs, and in thus running time and
connections with other roads.
