and signed the following Acts which originated from your
Honorable Body:
No. 90. A supplement to the Acts incorporating the West-
ern Maryland Railroad Company, and conferring new powers
on said Company.
No 91. An A et to repeal and re-enact Sections 2 and 9 of
an Act passed at January Session, 1872, chapter 414, entitled
an Act to prevent incompetent persons from conducting busi-
ness as Pharmacists, or vending at retail, drugs, medicines or
chemicals for medicinal use, in the city of Baltimore, and re-
pealing the Act entitled "an Act to prevent incompetent per-
sons from conducting the business of druggist or apothecary
in the city of Baltimore," passed January Session, 1870, chap-
ter 104, and add two new Sections thereto.
No. 92. An Act to appropriate a sum of money to pay
John J. Abbott, late Collector of State taxes, in Carroll
county, the amount overpaid by him into the Treasury.
No. 93. An Act to give the sanction of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, to the provisions of the last will and testa-
ment of Rachel Heck, cf Allegany county, by which the resi-
due of her estate was devised to be equally divided between
the Board of Domestic Missions of the Presbyterian Church,
in the United States of America, and the Board of Publi-
cation of said Church.
No. 94. An Act to authorize the Liberty and New Wind-
sor Turnpike Road Company, in Frederick and Carroll coun-
ties, to issue its bonds to aid in the construction of its road
and to secure the same by mortgage.
No.'95. An Act to repeal Section 2 of the Act of 1872,
chapter 313, entitled "an Act to protect the owners of land
on the waters of Queen Anne's and Kent counties," and to
re-enact the same with amendments.
No, 96. An Act to repeal Sections 1 and 2, chapter,401 of
an Act passed January Session, 1874, entitled an Act to re
peal certain Sections therein enumerated of Article 4 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, and supplement thereto, title
"City of Baltimore," sub-title "Court," substituting others
in lieu thereof, and to re-enact the same sons to read as fol-
lows,
No. 105. An Act to repeal Section 44 of the Code of Public
Local Laws, entitled "Prince George's county," under the
title " Collectors," enacted by the Act of 1872, chapter 294,
and to re-enact the same with amendments, and to add ad-
ditional Sections thereto.
