Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Sub-Section 3 of Sec-
tion 37 and Section 93 of chapter 471 of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assemby of Maryland, passed at January Session, 1868,
entitled an Act to repeal Article 26 of the Code of Public
General Laws, and to enact a substitute therefor, and to re-
peal Section 22 of Article 10, Sections 99 to. 103 of the same
Article, and Sections 33 to 43 of Article 88 of the Code of
Public General Laws, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
Which was read a second time.
Also, favorably, with proposed amendment,.
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 107, 108,
109, 110, 111 and 112, of an Act passed at the January Ses-
sion, 1874, chapter 483, entitled an Act to repeal Article 81,
of the Code of Public General Laws of the State of Mary-
land, entitled "Revenue and Taxes," and to re-enact the
same with amendment :
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Section 2, on page 1, written bill, line 1st, aftpr the word
"Trustee," insert, "in the City of Baltimore."
Which was adopted.
The bill, as amended, was then read a second time

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 2, 5 and 7,
of Article 13, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
"Bastardy and Fornication."
The report was adopted.
