The bill entitled an Act to protect Oysters, Clams, Terra-
pins and Fish in Sinepuxent Bay and its tributaries in Wor-
cester county, and to repeal certain acts inconsistent herewith
Being upon a third reading,
Mr. Purntll, (by unanimous consent,) submitted a bill as
a substitute, being amendments to Fame, entitled an Act to
repeal chapter 77, of the Public Local Laws of Worcester
county, parsed at January Session, 1874, relating to Oysters
in Sinepuxent Bay and its tributaries, and to re-enact the
tame with amendments, and also to protect Fish therein.
The amendments were severally read and adopted,
And the bill as amended, was read a third time and passed
by yeas and nays as follows:
