such Executor, Administrator or Guardian by registered mail,
to his last known address.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1937.

CHAPTER 444.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 296
of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924
Edition), title "Testamentary Law", sub-title "Sales", re-
lating to the sale of property by an executor when
authorized by Will.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 296 of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Testamentary Law", sub-title
"Sales", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted with
amendments, to read as follows:
296. Nothing contained in the three preceding sections
shall be construed to apply to any cases where an executor
shall be authorized by will of his testator to make sale of any
property, without application to any Court, and the word
""Court" shall be construed to include the Orphans' Court.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1937.

CHAPTER 445.
AN ACT to add a new section to Chapter 2 of the Acts of
1933, creating the Annapolis Metropolitan Sewerage Dis-
trict, said new section to be known as Section 2A and to
follow immediately after Section. 2 of said Chapter, relating
to the employment of the Chief Engineer of the Annapolis
Metropolitan Sewerage Commission by the Mayor, Coun-
selor and Aldermen of the City of Annapolis and/or the
Annapolis Water Company and providing for increasing the
cooperation and coordination of the aforementioned bodies
corporate.
