CHAPTER 425.
AN ACT to authorize and direct the Police Commissioner of
Baltimore City to award a pension to William H. Brushe, a
former member of the Police Department of said City for
the use of himself, his wife and their minor children.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Police Commissioner of Baltimore City be and
he is hereby authorized and directed to award to William H.
Brushe, a former member of the Police Department of said
City, the regular pension paid to the former members of the
Police Department of similar grade. The said pension to be
paid at the same time and in the same manner as other pen-
sions are paid and payable as follows: one-quarter of said pen-
sion to be payable to William H. Brushe for his support and
maintenance and the remaining three-quarters to be paid to
his wife Marie Brushe for the support and maintenance of
herself and their minor children.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1937.

CHAPTER 426.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 19
of Article 101 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1935
Supplement), title "Workmen's Compensation", sub-title
"State Accident Fund", as the same was enacted by Chapter
451 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, 1935.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 19 of Article 101 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1935 Supplement), title "Workmen's Compen-
sation", sub-title "State Accident Fund", as the same was
enacted by Chapter 451 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland 1935, be and the same is hereby repealed and re-
enacted with amendments to read as follows:
19. It shall be the duty of the Commission to classify any
industries subject to this Article mentioned or not mentioned
which are insured in the State Accident Fund. And the Com-
